About the Job Posting MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Management, installation, and configuration of servers (Windows and Linux), virtualization environments (VMware/HCI), data storage systems, wired and wireless network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, antivirus software, and other systems; monitoring and implementation of upgrades and security requirements. Managing Active Directory domain and related services, e-mail systems, terminal server systems and services. Backup systems and Disaster Recovery Center (DR) monitoring, management of relevant infrastructures, installation, upgrades and security updates. Conducting periodic security scans, resolving identified vulnerabilities, and performing patch management. Monitoring the status and performance of systems, following up on alarms and warnings, and making necessary improvements and arrangements. Following and implementing good practices, current security standards and requirements regarding IT infrastructure and systems. IT hardware, software and license inventory management and tracking. Managing user accounts and permissions. Troubleshooting and monitoring of malfunctions and problems. Preparing the necessary documentation, keeping records and reporting. Fulfillment of management systems requirements (especially ISO 27001, 27701). REQUIRED QUALITIES AND SKILLS Minimum 5 years of experience in the specified areas of responsibility. Graduated from relevant departments of universities or vocational schools, Knowledgeable and experienced in network structures, protocols and technologies. Possesses good technical knowledge of hardware and infrastructure. He/She is proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Possesses written and verbal communication skills in English. Individually interested in Information Technologies, curious and constantly improving himself/herself. Responsible, careful, organized, disciplined and follower. Thinking analytically, solution-oriented, proactive, using time efficiently. Open to development, learning and innovation, supporting change. Able to work in a team, with high coordination and communication skills. Having the ability to understand and comprehend quickly and seeing challenges as opportunities for development. Flexible to work outside of working hours if needed. For male candidates, military service obligation has been completed or is exempt. Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul.
