At least 2 years of experience in a similar position and in luxury hotels,
At least an associate degree,
Having an intermediate level of English proficiency.
Able to adapt to a shift work system,
Prone to teamwork,

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION;
Basic knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and roles is required.
Knowing the active network infrastructure; performing assembly/disassembly, installation, maintenance and management operations of network equipment (switches, access points, routers, etc.) in the field, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of CCTV systems; performing camera installation/removal and troubleshooting.
Performing network infrastructure cabling, termination, cabinet arrangement, and labeling operations.
Ability to use MS Office programs effectively,
Ensuring continuity by monitoring inventory and accountability processes.
Preferably having a basic knowledge of hotel software such as Opera, Micros, Materials Control, and Reservation Assistant.
To support the team and report to their manager in ensuring that the information systems services provided by the department are uninterrupted, performant, and sustainable.
To provide quick solutions to user requests (guests & staff) and to coordinate with relevant companies when necessary.
Providing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for equipment (computers, printers, POS systems, telephone switchboards, etc.) used in guest rooms, common areas, and offices.
To support improvement efforts for the IT infrastructure and contribute to the hotel's operational processes.
