Keeping our bank's asset records up to date, tracking inventory, and providing consistent and accurate information about the status of the inventory to all other processes, Managing IT service levels and IT OLAs/SLAs (definition, reporting/evaluation, and continuous improvement), Managing IT contracts, software and license inventories (maintaining, reviewing and reconciling critical information), Working in coordination with Demand Centers within the scope of the Inventory Management process to ensure coordination to meet business demands and functional requirements, taking an active role in the design and improvement steps of systems that will manage the inventory life cycle, Performing functional tests of the developed applications and coordinating user acceptance testing. Preparing and presenting executive management presentations and reports on various platforms. General Qualifications: Graduates from the Engineering, Statistics, or Economics and Administrative Sciences faculties of universities, Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in banking, IT processes, products and services. Closely following the world of information technology and current developments, Knowledge of internationally recognized IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT. Proficient in office applications such as MS Excel, Power Point, and Power BI, with strong reporting and presentation skills. Able to demonstrate a solution-oriented approach to the automation and improvement of processes, Team player, strong communication skills, excellent work follow-up and responsibility, well-developed planning and organizational skills. Possesses presentation and reporting skills. Has advanced English language skills.
