About the job N1Partners is expanding its internal communications department and is seeking a proactive Internal Communication Manager to serve as the key link between HR, SMM, PR, and Brand Marketing. HR PR and external communications Develop and implement an HR PR strategy together with the Brand Marketing and HR teams. Conduct external communications on social media: create and publish content for HR PR purposes. Develop the company's HR brand in external media in conjunction with PR: tell stories of people, teams, successes, and case studies. Internal communications Create and coordinate internal information flows: news, newsletters, digests, chats. Maintain a consistent tone of voice and visual brand style across HR PR and internal communications. Create a content plan for internal events: achievements, initiatives, corporate activities. Content and Team Engagement Work with SMM, PR, Event, Design and HR teams to ensure a holistic company image. Track the effectiveness of communications: engagement, reach, feedback, campaign results. Experience and skills 2+ years of experience in HR PR, corporate communications, SMM or marketing. Experience in internal communications is a must. Experience in participating in HR brand development is an advantage. Copywriting skills, adapting texts to different audiences. Understanding of visual design principles, ability to work with designers: briefs, templates, visual logic. Proficiency in analytics tools: LiveDune . Experience working in Figma and Canva is a plus.
