Roles and Responsibilities
Welcoming incoming guests and directing them to the relevant persons
Managing phone traffic and transferring it to the right people
Keeping track of incoming and outgoing documents
Ensuring office order and compliance with general cleaning rules
Organizing appointments and managing calendars
To undertake secretarial and assistant duties when necessary.
Ensuring communication and coordination within the office
Organizing and following up internal and external correspondence
Providing support in meeting and event organizations
Determine and ensure the provision of daily office needs
