With our assembly line and production facilities to be established in Ankara, we aim to bring the transportation solutions of the future to our country. In this transformation journey, we are looking for a strong team member who will establish, manage, and develop our Human Resources processes from scratch.
Job Description
Establishing the company's HR infrastructure and managing all HR processes (recruitment, training, performance, compensation, payroll, personnel records, occupational health and safety coordination).
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for white-collar and blue-collar workers for factory and office settings (advertising, interviews, evaluation, offer, orientation).
To manage personnel records and payroll processes in accordance with regulations.
To create and implement performance appraisal, career planning, and training systems.
Providing regular HR reports to the management team (workforce planning, recruitment data, turnover rates).
To ensure compliance with the Labor Law, Social Security Law, and other relevant legislation.
Managing employee relations and developing events and projects that strengthen corporate culture.
Leading the HR team to be established in the future and developing the strategic Human Resources vision.
Required Qualifications
Graduates from university departments of Business Administration, Labor Economics, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in HR processes, preferably in the automotive, manufacturing, or heavy industry sectors.
Possessing expertise in both operational processes (payroll, personnel, recruitment) and strategic planning.
Knowledgeable about Labor Law, Social Security legislation, and HR practices.
Proficient in using MS Office and preferably HR software (Logo, SAP, Netsis, etc.).
Possesses strong communication, organizational, reporting, and leadership skills.
It can adapt to the dynamics of the factory and production site and provide quick solutions.
English language skills are a preferred qualification for international collaborations.
For male candidates, have completed military service.
