Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 5+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a multicultural or fast-paced environment. * Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. * Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
