Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited (HKRNL) has issued a recruitment notice for filling vacant posts on deputation basis at its Panchkula office. Applications are invited from eligible regular officers working in Government of Haryana departments, boards, corporations, state universities, or equivalent institutions for various positions including General Manager (BD&C), Deputy General Manager (BD&C), RTI/Misc. Officer, and Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant/Office Executive. The recruitment will be on deputation basis initially for a period of one year with remuneration as per the applicant’s existing pay scale. Interested candidates must submit the prescribed application form along with bio-data, self-attested documents, and necessary recommendations through proper channel. No objection certificate (NOC) from the parent department is mandatory for consideration. The completed application must reach the Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited, Panchkula within 15 days from the date of advertisement, i.e., on or before 27.06.2026. Applications of officers/officials who have previously served in HKRNL will not be considered.
