The Vice President of Digital Delivery & Systems is a key contributor to the business strategy, accountable for recommending, planning, and leading all digital initiatives, building and reviewing business plans, managing system health, and deciding on build, buy or partner solutions. They direct a team that supports development teams and configures technology platforms to support smooth business operations, overseeing all digital member interactions. They will combine their technical expertise with business insight, assessing needs, technology options and return on investment to deliver value. The VP also plays a vital role in mentoring and developing direct reports and acts as the primary advisor for our Agile cross-functional teams (CFTs). What you'll do: Strategy and Planning: Partner with the Chief Digital Officer and peers to own and drive WSECU's digital delivery strategy Translate long-term division into actionable digital roadmaps and innovative solutions Oversee system performance, investment portfolios, and digital budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and high satisfaction Technology Delivery Balance cost-effective delivery with exceptional member experience Lead system implementations, manage ROI, and leverage platforms to their full potential Champion continuous improvement and development (CI/CD) to boost productivity and service levels Collaborate with third-party vendors and manage contracts and service agreements People Leadership Providing strong leadership, coaching and development for the Agile Product Owners, Digital Delivery leaders, and Business Systems Analysts Serve as the primary VP advisor for Agile Delivery Teams, applying scrum and development best practices Foster a culture of innovation, compliance, and service excellence What you bring to the team: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data analytics, computer science, information technology or a related field. Ten (10) or more years of experience as a senior technology leader with broad knowledge across multiple technology systems. Five (5) or more years overseeing digital banking systems, system integrations, and systems analytics and insights. Five (5) or more years leading strategic planning, complex budgeting, and personnel management in a matrix environment. Preferred: experience in member business lending/services, new account opening, deposits, and/or collections. Experience may be concurrent Familiarity with scrum, agile and other development methodologies and best practices Proficiency leading presentations and facilitation with executive leaders, with the ability to deliver written and oral presentations to diverse audiences Proven leadership, organizational, teamwork, and budgeting skills with a high degree of accuracy and problem solving Competitive Base Pay, dependent on relevant qualifications, plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and full-time benefits package. The target starting pay for this position is $170,556.03 - $284,276.72 annually, typically set for new hires within thefirst half of the range. Actual offers will be based on individual qualifications relevant to the role and will not take an applicant's pay history into account.
