An upcoming resort is seeking a qualified and experienced Hospitality Services Supervisor to oversee hospitality operations and ensure guests receive exceptional service while maintaining efficient staff performance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities * Supervising hospitality staff and daily operations * Ensuring excellent customer and guest service standards * Coordinating housekeeping, catering, reception, and guest services * Handling customer complaints and resolving service-related issues * Monitoring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards * Preparing staff duty rosters and shift schedules * Training, guiding, and evaluating staff performance * Ensuring compliance with company policies and hospitality regulations * Managing stock, supplies, and inventory levels * Assisting with event coordination and guest bookings * Monitoring food service quality where applicable * Preparing operational reports for management * Ensuring facilities are well maintained and presentable * Supporting management with administrative tasks and operational planning Qualifications & Experience * Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field * Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality operations or hotel supervision * Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is essential * Strong knowledge of customer service standards and hospitality procedures * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems is an added advantage * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required Key Skills & Competencies * Leadership and supervision * Communication and interpersonal skills * Customer service excellence * Problem-solving and decision-making * Time management and organisational skills * Attention to detail * Team coordination and staff management Package * Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications * Accommodation provided * Company vehicle with fuel allowance provided after successful completion of probation * Airtime allowance * Medical insurance * Funeral insurance Interested candidates should submit their CV and certified copies of qualifications to hrapplications2026@gmail.com no later than 22 May 2026.
