Establish collaboration with the medical and expert community: specialist database, partner programs, communication standards, and content quality. Conduct an audit of existing processes, identify points of intersection and inefficiency, and combine related functions into a single structure. Synchronize interactions with production and client teams. Participate in client initiatives: tenders, presentations, development of solutions for international pharmaceutical brands. Work at the intersection of strategy and operational leadership—from ideation to hands-on participation in key launches. Build a strong team of experts and develop a culture of transparency, speed, and professionalism.
