Are you ready to embark on your Pegasus career journey with the Cabin Crew - Antalya (Seasonal) position on flight PC-2025 ?
Here's what to expect in this role:
In accordance with company standards and objectives, passengers are greeted, assisted in settling in, and service standards are applied throughout the flight.
Service quality is provided within the scope of flight duties and responsibilities in order to ensure passenger satisfaction/comfort and loyalty.
Reporting to the Captain in Charge any faults, malfunctions, or defects that affect the aircraft's airworthiness or that the pilot believes could affect its safe operation, including emergency systems.
Possessing knowledge of the technical and emergency equipment usage of the aircraft type(s) for which it is certified, and fulfilling normal, abnormal, and emergency requirements in accordance with defined regulations.
Taking appropriate safety precautions regarding passengers in the appropriate place and during the flight, as outlined in the Cabin Crew Handbook.
Requirements:
Minimum associate degree or current university education (Candidates who graduated from universities abroad will be required to provide a YÖK equivalency certificate.)
Fluent in English, preferably having completed 100% of their education in English or possessing a TOEFL (min. 84) / IELTS (min. 6) score.
Preferably fluent in one of the following languages in addition to English: Arabic, Russian, French, German, Kazakh, or Kyrgyz.
Able to adapt to shift work and variable flight hours, and physically and socially suitable for long-term duty rotations.
When wearing the Flight Attendant uniform, there should be no tattoos, piercings, burns, or scars visible on the body.
Those who have no criminal record or legal condition that would prevent them from flying
Those who have not been dismissed from Pegasus or their previous workplaces due to absenteeism, indiscipline, or behavior contrary to ethical and good faith principles.
Not having any physical or mental health problems that would impair their suitability for flight (meeting the Cabin Crew Health Criteria published by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation)
Strong communication skills, team player, and well-developed planning and organizational abilities.
Adopting a guest satisfaction and solution-oriented approach; preferably with experience in the service sector.
Those residing in/able to reside in Antalya
