Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred. 10+ years of proven experience in corporate and/or structured finance. Excellent written and spoken English and Russian skills. Willingness to relocate to Alabuga, Tatarstan. Key Responsibilities Manage the company’s financial resources in line with strategic goals, ensuring effective cash flow planning and control. Oversee and strengthen the company’s financial control framework, ensuring accurate, transparent, and compliant financial transactions, reporting processes, and internal control procedures. Oversee payment, collection, and accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with audit findings, and timely corrective actions. Establish and maintain banking relationships; negotiate credit limits, secure external financing, and ensure optimal pricing and terms. Evaluate investment and business plans, determine financing needs, conduct feasibility assessments, and coordinate access to external financial instruments. Monitor daily credit risk and bank limits across the group to ensure efficient utilization of financial resources. Monitor market and sector developments, providing regular insights and risk assessments to senior leadership. Participate in monthly financial and budget review meetings, identifying required actions and ensuring proper follow-up. Ensure compliance with import–export laws, customs regulations, and foreign trade policies affecting the group. Supervise international trade finance operations, including currency exchange, import payments, and export-related banking activities. Oversee letter of credit (L/C) transactions, ensuring accurate documentation, early risk identification, and timely processing for both import and export shipments. Identify and manage departmental risks and opportunities while ensuring adherence to internal procedures and corporate policies. Ensure timely and accurate financial closing processes, payroll execution, tax calculations, and statutory financial reporting. Prepare and submit financial reports to senior management and government authorities within required deadlines.
