About the job PROSERVICE Group, one of the leading Russian groups of companies providing comprehensive industrial catering and cleaning services to large industrial enterprises, administrative facilities, and remote shift camps, is seeking a Regional Company Director (LLC) with a representative office in Chita to join its team ( the vacancy requires relocation to Chita ). Starting from 300,000₽/month, net. Responsibilities: management of the financial and economic activities of the Company in accordance with the Company’s Charter (general operational management, control and reporting to the Management Company); achieving the company's planned targets and organizing effective interaction between the representative office and all divisions at the region's facilities; management of food, cleaning and laundry services at industrial enterprises and shift camps of Customers; comprehensive management of quality and activities to optimize cost and expense structure, and improve the efficiency of work processes; implementation and maintenance of quality standards and technologies for the provision of services approved by PROSERVIS Group; formation of a professional and effective team, organization of management, training, motivation and development of personnel; interaction with the Customer, external regulatory bodies, and potential new customers of the company in the region; reputation management and ensuring the fulfillment of all obligations of the Company to the Customer. Requirements: experience in managing large production sites and remote divisions is MANDATORY; Experience as a company director/branch director for at least 5 years is REQUIRED; knowledge and skills of financial management of the enterprise (budgeting, control of financial indicators); knowledge of economics, pricing, production standards and sales of products (provision of services) in the catering and cleaning sectors; high leadership and communication skills, focus on results and development, legal and computer literacy; Readiness for relocation to Chita and mobile work within the region.
