About the job We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team and lead our digital transformation journey! Key Responsibilities Develop, budget, and execute short, medium, and long-term strategies for digital marketing channels, including Email, SMS, Push, and Onsite interactions. Lead the digital marketing leg of the brand's globalization process and operationalize strategies tailored for international markets. Ensure all digital marketing activities are fully aligned with the company's overall growth and conversion objectives. Manage the end-to-end coordination of campaigns, new hotels orientation, and promotional processes by collaborating with internal teams (Product, Brand, Category) and external partners (Tech, Sales, Agencies). Oversee the general management of digital marketing and personalization platforms (e.g., Insider); including campaign setup, segment control, and workflow management. Optimize internal workflows and establish processes to increase operational efficiency within the team. Steer segmentation and loyalty program strategies to enhance customer loyalty and maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Plan and execute continuous A/B tests on the website/app to improve User Experience (UX) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and analyze the results. Analyze customer data to manage personalized onsite mechanisms (banners, recommendations, etc.) and targeted communication strategies. Prepare regular reports on all digital marketing activities and present actionable insights to senior management. Who You Are Min 6 years of experience in E-commerce or similar roles 2 years of experience on people management Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio. Proven experience in managing marketing automation tools and personalization platforms (e.g., Insider, Braze, Salesforce). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable strategies. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
