Coordination of the activities of the geological department for the timely and high-quality implementation of geological work according to current and long-term planning with the appropriate quality and volumes sufficient to fulfill the production program. Organizing a quality management plan, coordinating sales products, developing and managing activities to improve the reserve recovery rate. Planning for 1-5 years according to the drilling operations program (carry out coordination, technical and methodological management of all types of drilling operations). Monitoring the execution of the drilling plan (reducing downtime, increasing the efficiency and productivity) for contractors' rigs, developing regulatory documents to optimize processes - helping to increase productivity (geologists work around the clock, specialists prepare the drilling site, monitor contractors, eliminate bottlenecks, assist). Control of maintaining a database based on the lithological-structural model (LSM) of a deposit for geotechnical stability calculations. Work with contractors in terms of monitoring the deadlines and quality of work performed, proposal for optimizing the scope of work (specifications, contracts, programs). Control of exploration direction and geological support in accordance with the exploration plan and approved exploration work plans, and passports of extraction units. Proactive participation in pilot industrial tests (PIT) and the implementation of new technologies. Qualification requirements Higher specialized education in the field of geology or mining. Experience in leadership positions in the field of geological support and management of the mineral resource base (MRB), including control of exploration and reserve assessment.
