Formation of a targeted competence profile in technology for the technicians and junior staff of engineering and technical unit, implementation of development programs. Participation in engineering unit. Requirements: Higher Education (Technological), direction - production of catalysts, carrier for catalysts. At least 5 years of experience in the production of silica, metalloxide, titanium-magnesium catalysts. Experience working in positions of engineer-technologist, production technologist, head of production at the factory. Participation in engineering development of catalyst production technologies for polymers, equipment selection, participation in PPR and elimination of problems at the production plant. Knowledge of chemical processes to produce catalysts for polyolefins at a professional level. Knowledge of English at least B2.
