About the role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development & Growth Intern to join our team for a full time, remote internship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international legal services and help shape the growth of a U.S.-based law firm with strong presence in both the American and Turkish markets.
Note: This is remote and full-time (between 18.00 – 02.00 Türkiye time) internship program.
What you'll do
Conducting market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and partnership opportunities
Assisting in the planning and execution of outreach campaigns and growth strategies
Supporting lead generation efforts and helping to monitor and analyze conversion performance
Contributing to the development of scalable sales processes and updating CRM systems
Participating in brainstorming sessions to identify new growth opportunities
Helping enhance B2B and B2C engagement and expand our client base within both U.S. and Turkish legal markets
Qualifications
Fluency in both Turkish and English (spoken and written) is required
Ideal for 4th grade students or new grads in Business, Marketing, Law, or related fields
Strong research and communication skills
Interest in sales, business development, and/or legal services
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
