Description: The Haryana State Council for Science, Innovation and Technology (HSCST), Directorate of Science & Technology, Government of Haryana, has invited online applications for its Fellowship Programme 2026. Candidates who have qualified JRF-NET (CSIR/UGC) or LS-NET in the Joint CSIR-UGC Test held on 18 December 2025 are eligible to apply for financial support to pursue Ph.D. research in any recognized University or Institute in Haryana. Applicants already receiving fellowship or financial assistance from any other source are not eligible.
