Banaras Hindu University invites applications for the Dr. S.R. Ranganathan Internship in BHU Libraries, an academic initiative established in memory of S. R. Ranganathan, a pioneer in Library and Information Science. This internship programme aims to provide practical exposure and professional training in library management and information services within the university library system. A total of 12 internship positions are available for the academic year 2026–27. The internship duration is one year, which may be extended for an additional year based on satisfactory performance of the intern. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹20,000 during the internship period. Interested candidates must apply through the official BHU website.
