The Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Haryana, has announced the schedule for Institute Level Manual Counseling for admission to Diploma Engineering and Diploma Engineering Lateral Entry courses for the academic session 2026-27. The counseling will be conducted at respective Government, Government Aided, and Self Financing Polytechnics across Haryana against vacant and leftover seats. Counseling Schedule: 08 July 2026: Declaration of fresh Inter-se Merit/Rank for Institute Level Manual Counseling. 09 July 2026: Institute Level Manual Counseling for all categories. 10 July 2026: Institute Level Manual Counseling without reservation by merging all reserved categories. After completion of the first round, all Government, Government Aided, and Self Financing Polytechnics may conduct additional rounds of Institute Level Manual Counseling to fill any remaining vacant seats up to the cut-off date mentioned in the Diploma Prospectus 2026.
