The Office of the Director General, Medical Health & Family Welfare, Uttarakhand, has cancelled the e-tender for the Operation & Maintenance Contract of Emergency Response Services in Uttarakhand (108 Ambulance Service) with immediate effect. The cancelled tender was issued under Reference No. 27P/PPP/05/2024/1291 dated 15 January 2026. The cancellation has been made in pursuance of Government Letter No. 410091/26/26-E.file/Comp. No. 90930/2025 dated 2 July 2026. As a result, the tender notice, bid schedule, tender documents, all corrigenda, and all related proceedings, communications, and processes stand cancelled, withdrawn, and are treated as null and void with immediate effect. No rights, claims, or obligations shall arise from the cancelled tender process. The department has further clarified that if fresh bids are invited for the project in the future, a separate Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) will be issued in accordance with the applicable procurement rules and procedures.
