The scope of work includes comprehensive improvement of exterior finishes of residential blocks A to E (4-storey buildings) and blocks F & G (8-storey multi-storey buildings). The work involves removal of existing exterior grit plaster, repair of damaged parapet walls, and proper disposal of malba/debris. It further includes application of cement plaster in two layers, waterproofing treatment, cement-based putty in two coats, primer application, and exterior paint work with texture finish in two layers. Additionally, the project covers structural retrofitting and strengthening/special repair works for columns and beams in blocks F & G. The scope also includes careful removal and refixing of sunshades, AC units, and other fixtures, ensuring minimum disturbance and complete satisfaction of residents.
