Government of Haryana, Directorate of Skill Development & Industrial Training, Panchkula has invited Request for Proposals (RFP) under the PM-SETU scheme to select credible Industry Partners/Industry Associations/Consortia/Industry-led foundations/academic institutions. The selected Anchor Industry Partner will establish and manage Government ITI clusters in Sonipat, Palwal, Kurukshetra, and Chhara (Jhajjar) under a hub-and-spoke model to modernize ITIs and improve industry-aligned skill training and employability. The RFP can be downloaded from the Haryana e-tender portal, with the last date for submission being 25 June 2026.
