The Project Coordination Unit (UP-DASP) has issued a tender for the UP-AGREES project, inviting Expressions of Interest for developing Commodity Clusters.Interested firms must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in value chain development and a turnover of INR 100 crore annually for the past three years.Submissions for the development project are due by August 27, 2026.Interested agencies must also submit proposals for Agricultural Carbon Credit Projects by July 27, 2026.
