Government of Odisha – Rural Works Circle, Sunabeda Office of the Chief Construction Engineer, Rural Works Circle, Sunabeda has issued the 1st Corrigendum to Bid Identification Nos. NCB-01/RWCSBD/2026-27, NCB-02/RWCSBD/2026-27 and NCB-03/RWCSBD/2026-27 for PMGSY-IV works. As per the corrigendum, Tender Paper Cost and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be submitted through online mode only. No offline submission of Tender Paper Cost or EMD will be accepted. Tender Paper Cost has been fixed at Rs. 10,000 per set for tenders above Rs. 50 lakh and Rs. 6,000 per set for tenders below Rs. 50 lakh. EMD shall be deposited online at 2% of the estimated amount specified in the NIT. The corrigendum also revises the tender schedule. Tender documents will be available from 16.05.2026 to 05.06.2026 up to 5:30 PM. Technical bids will be opened on 16.06.2026 at 12:00 Noon. Additional dates mentioned in the corrigendum include 17.06.2026 up to 5:30 PM and 18.06.2026 at 12:00 Noon. All other terms and conditions of the original tender notice remain unchanged.
