The Higher Education Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, through the State Project Directorate (SPD), Bhopal, has invited Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the selection of an agency to provide Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services. The project focuses on strengthening global partnerships, academic collaborations, student mobility, and research cooperation within the higher education sector across Madhya Pradesh. Interested consultancy firms and agencies can access detailed tender information and submission guidelines on the official MP e-Tender portal from 12 May 2026.
