The Ministry of Railways, under the Northern Railway Construction Organization, has published an official notification in The Gazette of India. The Central Government authorizes the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Ludhiana (West) to perform the functions of Competent Authority for execution, maintenance, management, and operation related to the Dhandari Kalan-DDL remodeling project in Punjab.
