WHEREAS the Petition for Special Leave to Appeal above mentioned
alongwith application for Condonation of Delay in filing filed in the
Registry by Mr. ROHIT AMIT STHALEKAR, Advocate on behalf of the
Petitioner(s) above named was listed for hearing before this Court on
12th January, 2026, when the Court was pleased to pass the following
order-
"1. Heard the Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner.
2. Delay condoned.
Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.
4. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted."
AND WHEREAS, the matter above-mentioned was again listed before
Ld. Registrar's Court on 13th July, 2026, when the folowing order
was passed:-
Opportunity of Respondent No. 1 to file counter affidavit has
already been declined.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has cured the defects in the application
for substituted service in respect of Respondent No. 2. Application
is hereby allowed.Ld.Counsel for the petitioner to file affidavit
alongwith proof of publication within two weeks,
List again on 14.08.2026.
Copy of this Record of Proceeding be furnished to the concerned
Ld. Advocate-on-record for information and compliance,
NOW, THEREFORE, TAKE NOTICE that the above petition will be
posted for hearing before this Court in due course and you may enter
appearance before this Court either in person or through an advocate
on record of this Court duly appointed by you in that behalf within
30 days from the date of service of notice,You may thereafter
show cause to the Court on the day that may subsequently be specified

why delay in filing SLP be not condoned and Special Leave Petition
as prayed be not granted and the resuitant appeal be not allowed.
You may file your affidavit in opposition to the petition as provided under
Rule 14(1) of Order XXI, S.C.R.2013 within 30 days from the date of
receipt of notice or not later than 2 weeks before the date appointed for
hearing. whichever be earliler, but shall do so only by setting out the
grounds in opposition to the questions of law or grounds set out in the
SLPs and may produce such pleadings and documents filed belore the
Court/Tribunal against whose order the SLP is filed and shall also set
out the grounds for not granting interim order or for vacating interim
order if already granted.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that if you fall to enter appearance as aforesaid
no further notice shall be given to you even after the grant of special
leave for hearing of the resultant appeal and the matter above mentioned
shall be disposed of in your absence,
