REQUEST FOR BIDS (REBID) – E-PROCUREMENT NOTICE RFB No.: CE/EAP/ARRBP/BR/Z4/2025/T10 The Office of the Chief Engineer (EAP), Public Works Roads Department, Government of Assam, invites online bids under a two-envelope competitive bidding process for the Assam Resilient Rural Bridges Program (ARRBP), funded through a Government of India loan supported by the World Bank. The project covers works across four packages in the Dima Hasao district of Assam. Bidding documents will be available for download on the official e-procurement portal https://www.assamtenders.gov.in from 11 June 2026 to 29 June 2026. Interested bidders must register on the portal (free of cost) and obtain a valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for online submission. The last date and time for submission of bids is 29 June 2026 up to 14:00 hours.
