Description: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has invited Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested entities for the development of an Amusement Park on a land parcel measuring approximately 54.7 acres at Sector-34, Rohini, New Delhi. The project will be allotted on a license fee basis for a period of 55 years, including the construction period. The proposed development will follow the provisions of MPD-2021 and the Unified Building Bye-Laws 2016. The site is currently vacant and has an FAR of 7.5 with 5% ground coverage. The EOI document was published on 30 June 2026. A stakeholder consultation meeting is scheduled for 09 July 2026 at 11:30 AM, with venue details to be updated on the DDA website.
