The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has invited Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible entities for the development, operation, and maintenance of the proposed Delhi Eye observation wheel at District Centre, Mayur Vihar, New Delhi. The project involves the allotment of approximately 3.84 acres of land on a license fee basis for a period of 55 years, including the construction period. The proposed development is inspired by internationally renowned attractions such as the London Eye and Ain Dubai. Interested entities are required to submit their EOI along with their corporate profile and key financial details for the last three years via email to slpc.ld@dda.gov.in by 5:00 PM on 28 July 2026. EOI documents are available on the DDA website. A stakeholder consultation will be held on 9 July 2026 at 11:30 AM, with the venue details to be updated on the DDA website.
