🛣️ 🇮🇳 The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) approved the development of a 6-lane Greenfield Elevated Corridor connecting NH-19 and Varanasi Ring Road, Uttar Pradesh, on 15 July 2026 (3:07 PM). The 46.039 km project, with a total capital cost of ₹14,447.64 crore, will improve connectivity, reduce traffic congestion, enhance tourism and strengthen multimodal transport in Varanasi.
