Bombay Cycle & Motor Agency Limited has issued an important notice to shareholders regarding the transfer of unclaimed dividends and corresponding equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) under Section 124 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the IEPF Rules, 2016.
Shareholders who have not claimed or encashed their dividends for seven consecutive years or more are requested to verify whether their names appear in the list available on the Company's website. Individual notices have also been sent to the concerned shareholders.
If no valid claim is received by 09 September 2026, the Company will transfer the unclaimed dividend and the corresponding shares to the IEPF without any further notice. Shareholders can reclaim their transferred shares and dividend from the IEPF by following the prescribed procedure.
Members are also advised to update their email addresses with the Registrar & Transfer Agent (for physical shares) or their Depository Participant (for demat shares) to receive future communications promptly.
