The Bokaro Steel Plant will receive 8.3 million tonnes of iron ore annually via a new 258-kilometer slurry pipeline.This infrastructure project aims to eliminate reliance on railway transport for raw materials.The system includes plans for future expansion to increase capacity to 16 million tonnes per year.The pipeline connects SAIL's Gua and Bolani mines to the Bokaro plant through a hub in Jamda.
