Bharatpur Development Authority has issued a revised tender notice for Online Tender Notice No. 30/2026-27 dated 23 July 2026. The amendments include provisions for price variation benefits as per Clause 45 of the contract agreement during the stipulated contract period, subject to proper maintenance of the Hindrance Register and approval of delay by the competent authority. The bid capacity value 'N' has been revised from 1.25 to 1.0. Financial year weightage factors for turnover, completed work cost, and disputed amounts have also been updated in the bid document. For Tender Serial Nos. 1 and 2, the time for completion of work shall be 12 months, and the defect liability period will be applicable as per UDH Department Order dated 30 October 2024. The last date for online payment and submission of tender processing fee and earnest money deposit has been extended to 06 August 2026, 6:00 PM. The technical bid opening date has been revised to 07 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. All other tender conditions remain unchanged.
