Bank of India presented a ₹1,553.50 crore dividend cheque to the Government of India on June 30, 2026, for the financial year 2025-26.The cheque was handed over by Shri Rajneesh Karnatak, MD & CEO of Bank of India, to Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman.Bank of India declared a dividend of ₹4.65 per equity share (46.50%) for the same period.The bank's net profit increased by 14.19% to reach ₹10,527 crore in FY26.
