Zydus Wellness Limited has issued a notice to its shareholders regarding the transfer of shares and unclaimed dividends to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) under Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013. Shareholders whose dividends have remained unclaimed for seven consecutive years (from FY 2018–2019 onwards) are advised to claim their dues on or before 14 August 2026 by contacting the company or its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA). Failing this, the relevant shares will be transferred to the IEPF Authority, after which claims can only be made through Form IEPF-5.
