Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has issued a public notice regarding the proposed purchase of land in Industrial Sector 8F, Village Milk Karimabad, Greater Noida, through mutual agreement with farmers as per the Government Order dated 23 February 2016. Land Compensation Options: ₹3,808 per square metre (including ex-gratia) along with 7% residential plot allocation. OR ₹4,300 per square metre (including ex-gratia and other applicable components). The notified khasra numbers in Village Milk Karimabad, which are not affected by habitation areas, have been proposed for purchase. Any person having objections regarding the proposed land purchase may submit their objections in writing to the Special Executive Officer/Deputy Collector, YEIDA within 15 days from the date of the public notice (27 July 2026).
