Divi’s Laboratories Limited informs shareholders that unclaimed dividends for FY 2018–19, which have remained unpaid for seven consecutive years, will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) on 22 September 2026. The corresponding equity shares will also be transferred as per statutory rules under the Companies Act, 2013. Shareholders are advised to claim their unpaid dividends or shares before 31 August 2026 to avoid transfer.
