A tragic accident occurred at a prefabricated manufacturing unit in Shankarpally, Hyderabad, where a crane collapsed during strong winds and rainfall, killing five migrant workers and injuring 12 others. The incident happened in Mahalingapuram village when workers took shelter in a shed. Victims were from Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and Odisha. Police said two died on the spot and three succumbed during treatment.
